About Delong Li

Delong Li focuses on patent infringement litigation, patent invalidation, patent prosecution, due diligence, and freedom-to-operate analysis. He has a technical background in telecommunications, audio/video systems, semiconductors, and computer technologies.

Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Li worked in computer vision algorithm development at Ricoh Software Research Center in Japan and at the Third Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group.

His prior professional experience also includes work at Purple Vine IP, Han Kun Law Offices, and Banpil Photonic Inc.

About Irene Chen

Irene Chen focuses on patent drafting and prosecution, reexamination, invalidation, patent administrative litigation, patent infringement litigation, trademark filing, trademark prosecution, and trademark disputes.

Her principal technical fields include chemistry, materials science, semiconductor materials, pharmaceutical products, organic chemistry, and biochemistry.

Ms. Chen previously worked as a patent agent and later as a partner at a patent agency firm, building substantial experience across prosecution, disputes, and cross-border intellectual property matters.
